What’s included in the A$59 plan?
Everything. There are no feature tiers — the worklist, property database, AI briefs, scripts, appraisals, proposals, market updates, analytics, import and free export are all in the single plan.
How does team pricing work?
Vendr is built for the individual agent, but when you’re ready to grow you can invite associates with permission-controlled access. Your first associate seat is free; additional seats are a small per-seat charge. Delete, export and billing always stay with you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s month to month with no activation fee and no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and export your data for free on the way out.
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
Never. Free data export is always available, because data portability is a trust feature, not a paywall.
